ScamSentinel processes the content you submit (suspicious messages, emails, or text) solely for the purpose of providing AI-powered scam analysis. We may also collect limited technical information such as browser type, device type, and approximate region for service reliability.

Submitted messages are analyzed temporarily for scam detection purposes.

When you submit a message, it is sent securely to our analysis service and processed by AI models to identify scam patterns, manipulation tactics, and red flags. The resulting analysis is returned to your browser.

We do not permanently store submitted messages.

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns — such as page views, feature usage, and performance metrics — to improve the product.

Analytics may collect anonymous usage information. We do not use analytics to identify individual users.

ScamSentinel relies on trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, AI inference, and analytics. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service and are bound by their own privacy commitments.

All traffic between your browser and ScamSentinel is encrypted in transit using modern TLS. We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect operational data and continuously monitor for abuse and suspicious activity.
